November 7, 2008 - The 3rd annual CUREiosity party was held on November 7 at Lumen Event Space downtown. The 600-guest event, hosted by honorary chairperson Mike Shannon, celebrated the "Rock Docs" making a difference at the Alvin J. Siteman Cancer Center. Lumen’s open bar featured high-end specialty cocktails, including the exclusive CUREiosity Charitini. Guests enjoyed cuisine the featured a them of street foods from around the globe such as ceviche tacos with housemade chile sauce, Vietnamese papaya and shrimp salad, lobster corndogs with house made ketchup, and Filipino bbq chicken with traditional pickled vinegar sauce
