Delta Dental Casino Event

October 11, 2008 - Walking down the red carpet to take photos with three classic Packard cars, guests of Delta Dental entered Lumen Private Event Space to reveal the casino world of the roaring ‘20s. Misting cosmopolitans poured through the sculpted ice luge were a standout favorite among event guests. Appetizer food stations included brochettes of swordfish and chicken quesadillas. The American Shores Seafood station featured Kumomoto and Island Creek oysters, Vietnamese style poached shrimp, marinated fennel coleslaw and lemon chive crab cocktail.  Other Stations included “mashed potato bar”, pasta station, and carving stations with cedar planked salmon, and slow roasted beef loin.
