VanMatre/Farley Wedding Reception
June 14, 2008 - Guests at the VanMatre/Farley wedding reception, including Lumen co-owner/mother of the groom Pat Shannon VanMatre and the groom's grandfather Mike Shannon, were greeted with his and her cocktails: a plum martini garnished with edible orchids and a premium margarita. Hearty food and drink action stations were the highlight of the celebration- guests enjoyed delightful cuisine including an American Shores seafood station paired with oyster shooters, a Vietnamese lettuce wraps station paired with sake, and a dessert station paired with chocolate martinis.
